I have my grandfather at the hospital due to spinal fracture and head lacerations, I couldn't be at the hospital because only one person can watch him over night "floor guidelines" and then I heard once of my aunts screaming at someone, it was the male nurse name Ismael, he yield at my grandfather and he was very rude when he would approach him, my grandfather can't move and obviously he cant do things perfectly to the nurse standards, besides that is his job and he shouldn’t be complaining, I wanted to go to the hospital and hurt him in ways he hasn’t been hurt before, but I believe there’s always a why to tech someone a lesson, I will keep pursuing a formal compliant and if my grandfather complaints I will file a law suit since hospitals and nursing facilities are becoming a night mare to everyone who uses their service, I believe that if everyone speaks up more rules and internal reviews will be conducted by the government and improve a better and more professional care to our patients.
