Doctor Complaint: Mary Crowley Er - Mile Bluff Medical Center

I recently stayed in this hospital in emergency room and I was treated for bee bite in my face. I received one pill and one shot, but that shot I finally got after intervention from one of my friends, because nurse forgot about it while I was sitting in pain with face like watermelon and when we asked other staff person to bring some ice, after 10 min. I had to send my other friend to get me some! I along with two of my friends heard nurse saying that she FORGAT about me, but hospital send me a letter that nurse didn't forget it just took so long - WE HEARD THAT!!! Very unprofessional, they will rip you off and they will lie in to your face. You can’t expect from hard working people to pay 625$ for that kind of service. Worst hospital in my live! Don't go there if you can avoid!

My cousin just visited the emergency room today and she was vomiting all over the place, had diarrhea,and she was having pain in her lower back and there was not alot of people there in the waiting room waiting to be seen and one of the nurses told her there was other people there more important than her and she would just have to wait to be seen and she was never called to be seen and she was there for over 4 hours waiting in the waiting room and no one even cared or bothered to get her help knowing she was having all these problems
