Got to http://www.hospitalcomplaint.com/ for wonderful advice on how to proceed and a copy of the Patient's Bill of Rights - # 15 is "Patients have the right to pain management."
We are currently filing a complaint with our local hospital because a Physician's assistant treated my husband, who has had multiple back surgeries, like a criminal for asking for an anti-inflamatory shot so he could manage to make the drive to see his neurosurgeon whose office is an hour and a half away. The above website has great advice on how to get results!
