My complaint is that HIMG has had my business for years..yes I have bills with them but Ive been set up on a payment schedule for a while and Ive never missed a payment. One day I get a bill in the mail that stated I needed to now pay them $175.00 a month which I dont know about anyone else out there but I couldn't do. I offered to work with them and raise the amount to a managable amount and if I could I would send them more. The woman would have nothing to do with it and basically harrassed me till I was in tears. I then found out today that they sent my account to a lawyers office, I called them today and found out that HIMG just passes any account on to them that they don't want to "deal" with anymore because they have so many open accounts. I will never go back to HIMG again just strictly based on how they treat a person that is willing to pay them month in and month out and then they dont do anything to people that just think " oh Im just not gonna pay them anymore" I think HIMG sucks and hope that anyone reading this will not waste their time going there unless they like to get treated like second hand citizens.
