Doctor Complaint: All - Umass Marlborough Hospital
The service was bad and no sheet and no blanket. I had to bring my own blanket from home. I had breathing problems. Oh well. I wish they would have a program where I can sign up and pay like $50 a year membership to the hospital to pay for nicer blankets for all of us that pay for the nicer service. For example hospital would have made another $1600 in a 32 year period. The patience that can pay would have a nice blanket on the bed and sheets since I support my hospitals. I wish hospital would offer programs for good patience and people who had insurance. I wish they would start a program someday.
