Doctor Complaint: Dr H - Christiana Hospital
I have requested copies of my Hospital records’ From CCHS for my stay from June 13th through June 20th. I was told to fill the forms out and attatch it to the folder of my medical records. I never received the paper until Aug 21, 2010 I'm also looking for my reconds from Aug 8 to Aug 13th which where not sent to me and i have only ten ten days to give the reconds to Penn good luck Karen.It was the clerk that said to another staff personal that this would not happen on my watch that I give any medical records to anyone but to that person requesting them “MY SELF”!!! Thanks Karen From CCHS 6 E FLOOR Newark Del, you really don’t know the law very well do you... The second requested was ask on 08/13/2010 different months there should be only a ten day waiting time for the resounds to be transferred to University Of PENN . No private company could operate in this manner. It is shameful.
