I called Whidbey Hospital and verbally filed a complaint against them for lying and unotherized release of information.
Next time I went to ER only hospital, DR. came in and verbally assaulted me for making complaint and pressing me for details. Nurse told me to tell hospital social worker which I did and nothing was done.
