Doctor Complaint: Dr Juan Pico - Northeast Methodist Hospital
An aphasic patient was moved 4 times, the doctors did not communicate with each other or with the family, nursing care at night was NONE, nurse shift changes led to a starting over every 12 hours with no information being passed from one to the next, response time to call button and alarms was 10-15 minutes even in ICU
