A FORMAL COMPLAINT WAS FILED TO CEO OF THE UNIVERISTY OF CHICAGO.
Mr. Sherman. what occurred. I recieved a call from mellisa Ripley indicating that I was not insured through medicare nor aarp. She made threats that she would bill me. I was secondly contacted by Latonynis Taylor indicating that my status with aarp was beneift enrollment. Ia asked both parties never to call my home again a formal complaint was filed to FTC REFERENCE NUMBER 24609824. I recieved notification that both hospital bills were paid through medicare as I dont owe either hospital any portion as Gerry corrone wrote me and indicated. A formal hospital complaint was filed against the university of chicago as I seek to sue for damages estimating $9.8 Million dollars A white male nures refuse to mae my bed after I was incontinent and vomitted as he instructed the white female nurse to do the same. Aftering trying to notify my doctor of my hospital stay at the Univeristy of chicago, Thery did not contact him as I left a message with his nurse, the stated complaints was filed to pateint relations as I am still being harassed for a bill I do not owe.
