Doctor Complaint: Nurse Melissa - Edward Hospital

I took my son to the ER for cough due to croup. Nurse Melissa(no last name given on my discharge papers) was very rude when I asked her about my son's discharge. SHe had said that he would be discharged in 20 minutes and an hour had gone by so I went to ask her if I could leave my wife and son in the hospital and come back at 8 in the morning. The time was around 4AM. SHe snapped back and shouted saying that "wait for the doctor", "I underestimated the time" and she was really mean as ahe was not even listening to what I was saying. After 20 minutes, she came back and discharged us , without the doctor being present.. She acted as if she did not like her job and even the discharge was messy and I was pretty disappointed...Apparently, there have been alot of complaints about the ER facility at Edward Hospital..Lack of attention or care by the support staff is a big problem at Edward.. She was working for Doctor George Koburov that night...However, the doctor did an outstanding job....

I had been taking a loved one to the Edward cancer center for treatment for the last 6 months. The Oncologist was great, but when I had to take the person to get the Chemo, the named (diane) RN was the most rude and disrespectful nurse I have ever had to deal with. She will try to treat you as low as possible, but she is a real loser. And Edwards should dismiss this ugly human being ASAP for lousy service. But I cannot complain about the rest of the personal since I found most of them to be dissent.
