Doctor Complaint: Mri Center - Washington Hospital Center
Had to wait 3 hours to be seen for a 9:30 appointment. Today was not the first time. Two weeks ago had to wait 4 hours without an appointment. Both times had doc orders and insurance info and auth number in hand. Staff tends
to select files at will without looking at times or any concern for file order. No sense of urgency or customer service.
