From Ambulance to ER waiting room with chest pains

Hi, here is a bit more about what happened to me on Dec. 27, 2010. My Sister came to my home after my 13 yr old Daughter called her for help, when she walked in I was lying on the living room floor. I told her that my chest hurt real bad I was sobbing and in pain, knowing I have high blood pressure she called 911 and told them that she thought I might be having a Heart Attack, the operator was helpful and told her to get me to eat a aspirin and to keep me clam until the ambulance got there. The ambulance got there asked me what was wrong and I told his my chest hurts and I feel real bad he took my vitals asked if my chest hurt from coughing I said no it just hurts. The EMT then asked me how I was going to get off the floor to the gurney outside. My Sister looked at me and I said I guess I'll walk we were both confused by this as she helped me outside onto the gurney, he then asked where are we taking you? I told him my primary care Doctor was at Mercy Hospital. After he got my insurance card he took me to Mercy. Now mind you I don't know its a Heart Attack at this point but my Sister did and was telling them to take me to the Heart Hospital. They took me to Mercy. When I got there he asked me to get up and walk through this door, I was confused and said I didn't understand he again told me to go through this door, I did the door shut behind me. This is where I get upset I didn't know where I was there were allot of people staring at me I started to cry looking around for some kind of nurse or Doctor I saw a old man behind to counter I looked at him and said I don't know what to do he said grab a clip board and have a seat. This is when I realize I'm in the ER waiting room so I grabbed the board held it to my chest and curled up in a chair. The next thing I heard was my Sisters voice yelling what the ---- is my Sister doing in the waiting room she just arrived by ambulance with chest pains. Soon the triage nurse called me back for a few minutes then told my sister I had to go back to the waiting room, she got mad at the nurse and the nurse said here is a wheel chair and pushed it to my Sister whom put me in it and we went back to the waiting room. Hours later when my arm went numb I was put on a 12 lead and within 20 mins was being rushed to a Cartio lab at a new hospital were I was treated for a Heart Attack, a stint was put in and a blood clot was cleared out.
I feel violated by both the EMT and the hospital whom never believed I was having a Heart Attack. Every rule of protocal (put in place to keep people alive and not delay treatment) was ignored. Delayed treatment causes damage to the heart tissue. I do have damage to my heart tissue. .
I want justice yes! I want to be compinsated for my negelect, the damage to my heart yes! I never want them to treat anyone else so badly! I am sobbing as I write this. Why did my life not madder to them?
Why didn't they hook me up to a 12 lead as soon as I got there? Why?
