HAVING OUTPATIENT SURGERY AND AT PREOP THE STAFF INSIST THAT WE PUT $200.00 DOWN ON THE 20% OF THE BILL THAT INSURANCE DONT COVER AND WE DIDNT HAVE PROCEDURE DONE YET AND WE DONOT EVEN KNOW WHAT THE BILL WILL BE YET? IS THIS LEGAL? WE HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH THIS HOSPITAL FOR MANY YEARS AND NEVER ENCOUNTERED THIS BEFORE.
