Baptist Hospital 8900 N Kendall Dr Miami Florida has no compassion. My mother in law (84 years old) was taken by ambulance to the emergency room requiring immediate surgery. She was left to wait for six hours before being admitted to a room. There was only one other patient in the emergency room. A pompous ass of a doctor did not order the proper blood work to have her admitted. When I complained to the doctor he had me assulted and arrested by their security guards. They threatened bodily harm . They threw me out of the hospital and would not allow me to be with my mother during or after her surgury. THIS HOSPITAL HAS NO COMPASSION. Call Bo Bllingers the CEO of Baptist at 786- 596- 65903 to voice your disgust with this hospitals procedures.

Baptist Hospital Miami shoud be ashamed. Sign in emergency room reads "OUR GOAL TODAY IS TO PREVENT DELAYS". They failed miserably. Waited over six hours in empty emergency room. Caused surgery to have to be rescheduled. No apology from hospital. CEO BO Bollinger won't return calls. Call at 786 596 6503 to voice your disgust.

Baptist Hospital Miami has sign in Hospital emergency stating OUR GOAL TODAY IS TO PREVENT DELAYS! They failed miserable. Waited for six hours for a doctor in an empty emergency room. Their incompetence caused emergency surgery to be postponed. This was brought to the attention of the CEO BO BOllinger. Has not returned numerous calls. Call and voice your displeasure

Eight months later have still not heard back from CEO Brian Kelley. Amazing how such a heartless man is CEO of a hospital. Go find a job were you are not at harm to the public.
