Doctor Complaint: Dr Green - Placentia Linda Hospital
My daughter was transfered there due to insurance, she laid in ben in excrusiating pain for 1.5 days with no doctor visit. Nurses that never came in to the room except if the bell was pushed and then only to tell us that there is nothing that can be done. No less than 20 people sitting laughing in the nurses station and not one could come help with my daughter when she was vomiting or needed assistance with moving. I had to do all of that, shower her, clean her after she vomited, find a closet with the gowns to change it for her. Demand in front of all 20 nurses that the doctor come to see her. This was not isolated. The patient in the next room was in her bed for 25 hours without blankets or a pillow even after repeated calls requesting it and being told it would be right there. 25 hours!!
Horrible service. Then all over the rooms are posters with how much their customer service means to them, and their top priority is pain management. Not something you want to have to look at 24/7 when you are in agony without pain meds.
