BAPTIST HOSPITAL HAS NO COMPASSION! Made my elderly mother (84) and father (87) wait for over five hours in an empty emergency room. Doctor was negligent in not performing blood test needed to have her admitted until 4:00pm. Arrived at hospital at 10:am. Mother missed her emergency operation for infections contacted at hospital on prior visit one month earlier. I was assulted by hospital security guards (what a joke)in the parking garage elevator as I attempted to leave hospital. Bo Bollinger CEO never returned repeated calls over a two month period. THIS HOSPITAL HAS NO COMPASION. AVOID IF AT ALL POSSIBLE.

We just had the same problem. My husbands appendix ruptured, came in by 911, stayed in Triage for 5 hours (without pain medication) before finally seeing doctor who said " if I'd known you were in such pain I would have handled you much sooner" .... well, who's in charge????? The doctor that did the operation the next morning said he had never seen a case as bad in 20 years!!! I he had to lay there groaning in pain while they handled everybody else! avoid if at all possible....
