Doctor Complaint: E. Bishop - University Of Chicago Hosp

A formal complaint was filed to patient relations regarding isolated incidents which occured during my medical treatment with this hospital. The nature of my complaint. I had major surgery and required my bed changed numberous times. I over heard the nurse telling the CNA NOT TO CHANGE MY BED AFTER i HAD DEFECATED AND URINIATED. I indicated I would contacted the Hospital CEO AND THE NURSE THEN AFTER SEEING MY BED ALLOWED THE CNA TO CHANGE MY BED. IT WAS THE DOCTOR INSTRUCTIONS TO WALK AS AN ACTIVITY DURING ROUTINE WALKS i WAS SHOLVED IN THE HALLS WAYS BY A ASIAN PHYISCAL THERAPIST AND TWO WHITE TALL MALE DOCTORS. WHEN AND WHERE I recall, during the luch time hours. As I noticed the same parties was staged outside my door of my hospital room. A survey was filled out only for the anseteshciologist
