Doctor Complaint: Dr Kurley - Advanced Aesthetics

I was was being treated for a wasp sting on my upper cheek. I was given a treatment plan at the consultation. The consultation was 50.00. Then I was to get a dermabrasion for 150.00. Then a month later a laser treatment over the sting area. I was quoted a price of 80-90.00 for that procedure. I agreed to all treatment and cost. However after the last treatment (the laser) he charged me 225.00. I immediately complained and am currently taking him to small claims for the overcharge. Al

I am not surprised to hear of such a complaint - it is absolutely criminal the way some arrogant doctors think that they can get away with charging whatever they feel like after an agreed upon price - especially in the area of cosmetic work. I wish you the best of luck!
