Doctor Complaint: Out Patient Physical Therapy - Mem Hermann Southwest Hosp
I went to Memorial Herman for physical therapy after an auto accident.I was paying out of pocket each time I went since the insurance company( farmers ) would pay only after everything is setlled. Since the amount became unaffordable I stopped going to the hospital and went and got therapy from outside.
Now the farmers insurance is not reimbursing me the whole amount I paid to the hospital saying that the hospital has overcharged me. I contacted the hospital but the billing department is saying that they have closed my account. The staff Sylvia was very rude and hung up on me.
