Doctor Complaint: Na - St John's Mercy Medical Center
My mother fell while under a nurses care on CPCU. She broke her hip and dislocated her shoulder. When asked to speak with mgmt I was told that Krista McKenzie was the nurse mgr here. It took her 3 1/2 hours to get back with me and when she did, she was very short, rude, and very unprofessional. She offered no assistance or consolation as to the reason my mother was not supervised when she was clearly not in her right mind. I doubt my mother will come out of this - she is already debilitated and this does not help - DO NOT GO TO THIS HOSPITAL - poor, poor mgmt and care
