Doctor Complaint: Lake Region Primary - Maine Medical Center
Lakes Region Primary Care in Windham maine should NOT NOT NOT be accepting any new patients! The staff seems clueless, never willing to help, always too busy to be bothered, and forget about calling, because you will be on hold for well over a half hour! They never have open spots for emergencies, or will even be able to see you the week you call. They will not help you get your records from prev. Drs. AWFUL CARE, they are SLOOOW! Appts. never taken in on time, Nurses push you in and out. Reception staff is always confused, and often calls me about missed appointments WE NEVER MADE!
