Doctor Complaint: N/a - Hillcrest Hospital
The in hospital transport system is not efficient at all. I have complained several times with the horrible service that I have received before and they have not improved it at all. The only way they can have a more efficient system is to have a good supervisor that might have worked in that department for some time. The one transporter that I would love to Honer is Scott for all the hard work he has put into helping patients out. The right guy to ensure management in that department would have to be Him. He is the only one that cares about patients out of the previous experience of being in the hospital. I have a strong feeling that this issue could be resolved if they take action.
