Doctor Complaint: J. Stlollings - Boone Memorial Hospital
Had a severe asthma attack and went into destress. Had to have epi pen by a friend and mouth to mouth but by the time I got to the hospital I was coming out of it and the first thing they treat me for is drug overdose. The nurse asked me if I had taken any unprescribed drugs that day I said no. I did confide in her and tell her that I had taken a Vivance the preceeding day. They wanted me to take a drug test and I refused but they got my urine out of my foley and did it without my permission. Vivance was the only unprescribed medication they found but they told my mother and I am 33 years old. Now I have lost my son to my mother and my sister in a custody battle over this. Please can anyone help me
