Doctor Complaint: Dr Greg Osgood - Johns Hopkins Hospital
History: I was surgically treated 04/17/10 for on the job (MD WCC CLAIM)sprained R-FEMUR at JHH JOHN HOPKINS HOSPITAL ...(End of history.) The 2nd follow up I was refused service (12/08/2010 12:00 PM appointment) FLAT OUT because Workers Comp COMMISSIONER's "GRANT" for me and JHH $ could not be paid until 30 days after 11/17/10's Hearing. The written WCC COMMISSIONER's ORDER was shown to them & copied by them 12/08/2010 as I was physically there at JHH.Furthermore I told them, " I AM IN PAIN (#2)." JOHN HOPKINS HOSPITAL staff was WHITE, I am (BLACK).
