Doctor Complaint: All Nurses And Staff - Summitridge Hospital
I have never been treated with such disrespect and neglect in my entire life. This hospital was absolutely the worst. The nurses and staff were rude, hateful, ignorant people who hardly even spoke English. They couldn't care less about the patients there. I shared a room with a lady who couldn't get any help from anyone while having a HEART ATTACK. No one would answer any of my questions or even acknowledge me standing right in front of them. One nurse made a horrible comment to a patient saying to "stop wetting your pants, you stink you nasty b****".
I voluntarily brought myself to this hospital in hopes of actually getting help for depression. The staff was so disorganized that we sat around most of the day watching tv because they didn't know what to do with us. I'm not one to normally complain, however, I couldn't go another day knowing people are being treated this way. I felt humiliated and will be seeking a lawyer to fight the money spent at this horrible place. The only positive I brought away from this situation was the fact that my life was better outside of that hateful place.
Please...if nothing else, please look into this. I would give anything to have someone go undercover to see just how badly they will be treated here. I guarantee they would be shut down alone for the neglect.
