Doctor Complaint: Dr.lamb - Jameson Hospital
I went to Jamison hospital E.R. because I couldn't breath,My lungs were full of fluid caused by an infection.after 3 hrs. I was admitted,The next morning I went to the operating room for a Broncostomy Scope.When I wokeup the nurse told me I would have to wait here in the O.R.because she didn't have any help to move the bed,after 1 hr. somebody came to help her and they took me to I.C.U. care was good there until I was moved into a Isolation room the next day.Where the hospital must be short staffed or nobody cares.When IV pump starts beeping.I thought somebody would take care of it.After waitng about 15 min. I pushed the call button the nurse said I will tell your nurse about an hour later she came into the room by this time blood was going back up the line.This happened 4 or 5 times during my stay.They would only clean the room when I complained about it days dirty towels laid on the bathroom floor piled up rof 2 or 3 days. bed was not made daily I asked for an extra blanket,I never did get it .Each time I asked the nurse said she would check to see if they had any and she never would come back.Dietary wouldn't come and pick up trays after meals I had 3 trays stacked up from the previous day.The cleaning lady finally took them out for me.Don't ask Respitory for a breathing treatment when it's almost their change of shift time.I was on 2 liters of oxygen before treatment and 6 liters after treatment He was in a hurry and I didn't get to finish all that was in the nebulizer.When my Dr. came in and seen that my oxygen was turned up to 6 liters he said who did this ( he was not happy)This is the worst hospial I have ever been to and I will never go there again.
