Our 15 month old daughter was handled and treated very roughly and in uncaring way. It happened in ER dept.

In regards to my complaint about Glendale Adventist Medical Center staff, please disregard
Dr. Develle name on the list since the primary
problem was the R.N. named "Sophia"

I agree with the above statement regarding the nurse Sophia Duran. She is a terrible, incompetent nurse. She is uncaring and will neglect her patients. I hope this goes out to other hospitals out there.
