Doctor Complaint: Don't Know - St John's Riverside Hospital
Nurses were having a coffee clutch while my mother was dying.
Uncaring to patient needs and ignored request. My mother was in pain an and needed changing but no nurse came to room. We had to do it ourselves. Letter of complaint to hospital was ignored. Besides Carol, Maria and Diana were equally as bad. What do they do when family is not around. They called security on me and my sister because we were aking them to help our mother. My mother died less than a week later. This hospital was horrible as was Michael Moltz. Kathy the head nurse in the basement floor told my mother to stop grabbing her. Meanwhile my mother that a throat tube and could not talk. The place was dirt as were the rooms. Complaints about care and personnel were also ignored.
