Doctor Complaint: Dont Remember - Mem Hermann Southwest Hosp
Came in around 8:00 p.m left at 2:00 a.m.
There were three lady working at front desk in ER. First African women ask me for insurance info and symptoms(She typed in the PC). Second lady n third hispanic women ask me the same information ( standing 2 ft apart from each other and from the first lady) i was tired from answering the same questions ... it's on the pc system!!!.. One of the staff told me to move from where im seating to a different area (in the same waiting room) stupid ...!!! The rest room is horrible it look/smell like a ghetto popeyes restaurant restroom. Everything inside are dirty !!! Don't go there .... you wont died from the surgery but the infections from the hospital equipments that were used!!!! staff act like they dont need their job .... ER front desk staff was talking on phone during work ... she walk outside to avoid cameras ... talk for 10 min the came back to the desk.
