Doctor Complaint: Dr. Ripley - Craig Hospital
This doctors and staff at this facility are horrible and unprofessional! They were neglectful to my family member during their stay there... Craig Hospital left the catheter in for over 3 months because of their laziness and neglegence... They would not change diapers in a timely manner to avoid rashes and bacterial infections. They cut off all communication with all family members so we could not discuss any valid issues with them concering their care. They treat their patients like they are in jail and are the rudest and most controlling people I have ever dealt with. They did not follow any of the guidelines they said they would. This was the worst hospital experience ever for my family member and all the family as well...
