Doctor Complaint: Cioofi Joseph - Winthrop Univeristy Hospital
my wife went to this hospital becouse she was very sick and she asked about the cost before they check her and the hospital said to her don't worry about any cost and next week she wents to deliver her baby and before the delivery we asked about the cost and also they said don't worry about the cost . (( by the way we were not expecting to get the baby here but egypt air stopped us in the airport becouse it was ninth month ) anyways the delevry id done and the hospital surprised us the bill is 9000$ for delevery and 4000$for the chek up and 2500$ for doctor bill for the delevery . so the total is arround 15500$ and we dont have this money at all . we tried to explain at the hospital in insurance dept. and addmitting dept, but they said we have nothing to do and they will not give us the birth certificate untill we pay so we collect from friends 3500$ and we paid and the hospital took my signture that i will pay the rest of the ammount before 20 days but i dont have this money . the siad also the hspital bill is 10000$ and the 5500$ is doctor bill which is diffrent issue . i need help .
