Doctor Complaint: Don't Know - University Medical Center

My daughter has been calling me at home crying about these nurses that are so careless. She has to wait for an hour when she called them. I did not believe what my daughter said, until I was on the phone talking to her, and she called for a nurse. I was on the phone for an hour with my daughter and no one came to her room until I hang up and called the front desk. My daughter even called me that she took a shit on the bed and she called for the nurse. She waited for 3 hours. I have to call the front desk and tell the nurse to please go inside and check on her. The room is so dirty. The bloody towels on the floor and blood on the floor. My daughter has an infection and this infection is mainly from the hospital. How can this infection go away if they are not cleaning up their own mess. We have to pick up their stuff laying on the floor and throw it in the trash. This is happening in 306 South CCU or somewhere in the south in a ccu unit. The nurses I see there are all foreigners. I thought these people are clean and they care, but it seems like they don't care. Who ever is running this unit(unit manager) is not doing a great job. We have complained before and nothing was done.If anything happens to my daughter I will sue the hospital because of this nurses careless act. The hospital has to look at this matter. From rumors that I have heard, someone had passed away last month in the same room my daughter is in. Is she going to be next?
