Doctor Complaint: Beverly C Prince - Charles Cole Memorial Hospital

my daughter put some objects in her ear that was giving her pain and my family doctor refered me to beverly prince for the following morning at 8:30 a.m. first of all we were waiting over an hour. then the dr. beverly prince was so rude and ignorant to me and my daughter. when i couldnt understand what she was saying, she got rude with me and then she also was rude to my 3 year old daughter when she told her to quit crying. this is unbelievable for a professional to be acting this way and i will never bring any of my family members there again

The most rude and condescending health professional I have ever had the displeasure of being seen by. She refused to let me talk and basically accused me of lying when she asked if I take pain relievers. I said no because I actually do not. I am allergic to most of them. She kept saying "yes you do" over and over after each time I said no I didn't. She spoke to me like I was a 2 year old child who needed to be taught what a pen was. When I was trying to explain my symptoms she seemed irritated like I was diagnosing myself and stopped me. Then said while holding her pen up high "See this is a pen. I ask you a question. You then answer me. Then I write it down with this pen." She never looked at my chart to see that I had submitted a specific list of all of my allergies and again seemed irritated when I refused to allow her to use a medicine that I was not familiar with and I was very concerned that I could be allergic to it. I carry dual epi-pens on me at all times because of my severe allergies. I went in for PND, which she condescendingly told me that terminology is no longer used, and was given a prescription for a duodenal ulcer. I would NOT reccommend this doctor to anyone.
