Doctor Complaint: Na - Washington Hospital Center
since 10pm I was put through admission I went to the bathroom for 5minutes and after finishing I asked the staff at the desk was my name called and I was told no shortly after staff changed I waited another hour then asked when I be called I was told I was discharged without being seen, the staff member called then walked to ACA(fast track)section and came out telling me my name was called over an hour ago and that and being that it was 1150pm when the problem was discovered I was told I would have to wait to be seen by someone else on the main ER side now it's 200am and I'm just being called and still have to wait to be seen by the doctor to get something for my pain which is a 10 the service here is one of the poorest I've ever seen and seriously hope there will be better service soon before someone dies while waiting
