I had gone to my family doc that day and had severe chest pains,my doc called 911 my pressure was way down,they were thinking possible lung collasped,i went by ambulance when i got to palms hospital,i was put in room,and sat there listening to e,r, doc talking to my doc as he was requesting chest xray a,s,a,p well nothing one man asked about whats going on with room12 er doc said anxiety attache shell be ok i will get to her when i can,as he was sitting on his ass flirting about his weekeing surfing with a nurse and talking about another patient who had to be strapped down,my family doc called 4 times and i NEVER saw anyone for almost 4 hours,mind you brought in for possible collasped lung,well after all that time the new shift doc came on came in my room by than i felt i was dying,she got x ray a,s,a,p and sure enough i had 100% collasped lung,THANK YOU YOU SO CALLED DOCTOR MARK CASANTA,you should be thrown out on your ugly butt your not cute and i mite not have ended up in the I,C,U, if you had done your job,i am so upset that i am looking to take this all the way,ont thing he owes me and i will demand a letter of appology from that man who thinks he is gods gift and making fun of other patients who were in there that is so un professional, the whole time in that hospital was a nightmare of mess up with my procedures and no pain control what so ever as i have tubes running to my lungs,one er nurse said just meditate and the pain will go away well i had some not so nice words on that but needless to say to have to fight to get relief,i will never go there nor forgive the treatment that i recieved there,if i had a small rash or splinter i wouldnt go there,so i hope they did something with him i am patiently waiting for a response back from the patient advocate or i will be notifying them legally,so sad how people get treated and others who want pain pills with a back pain get them,good luck all,and the rest of you with your stories god bless you,karma does turn around and bite the ones who hurt others.

My best friend was brought in by ambulance from her doc office and she sat there nobody saw here for almost 4 hours i was so upset the e,r doc just sat the whole time,all in all when next shift came in she was almost dead it looked like and we asked who saw u? she said nobody i asked the doc he said i will get to her when i can as he was laughing with a nurse he sat the whole time till he left WHAT THE HECK WAS THAT? you people owe this girl alot look up COLLASPED LUNG that is life threathening is it not? yes i was there and saw my friend declining as nobody cared,something needs to be done now not tomorrow its been long enough and there are many people who were there in her room to verify nobody but a man who put her info in comp went in room till next shift came in,please respond and dont make this hospital look as bad as it really is show us loved ones of her that you do care about people and will take care of the matter before we pursue with this case,thank you have a great day,except you,SMOOTH MARK, what a mess he was thinking he is the smooth dude who all the gals want,sham on you from my friends family,

Hello there are many places that you can call and talk about that that is a life or death@ you can sue for doctor negligenge@if hospital dont get back to you with anything that means there trying to HIDE IT,and it is there responsibility to do WHATEVER you want to make you happy,so you dont get to a lawyer good luch and hope your recovering well dont sound like it but god will help you heal,dont let them have to much time to cover up there mess just a FYI TO YOU,
