Doctor Complaint: Armida Nunez-finley - Southwest Washington Med Ctr

I went to ER at the South West Washington Medical Center in Vancouver,WA in an ambulance because of excruciating pain in my whole body and tremors in my hands and legs, numbness, diarrhea... After waiting for 2 hours in pain I was finally sent to a room. A nurse came in and asked me why I came back to ER in a very unpleasant tone and manner. I was in ER in March by the way. I told her that I wanted to find out if I could be admitted this time. she said "We are not going to admit you" ; this time in an attacking tone. I became so upset that I told her that I would leave. And the nurse left. Shortly after she left another nurse or a person who does the paper work came to my room and handed me a form " Waiver of liability" and a pen. I told her I would sign the paper after I see the charge nurse. At this she snatched the paper and a pen away from me with such an angry expression on her face. The charge nurse came in and I told her what these two people did to me and asked her to talk to them or scold them. She talked with them for about 2 minutes and came to me and said " Let's just call it good. Sorry about your bad impression of my nurses." To me this is the same as Sorry that you felt that way." So she made me more upset. I thought at least the charge nurse would treat me better.
I was in no condition to drive. Besides my car was not at the hospital. I went to the front desk and asked the nurse there if I could sleep in one of the chairs for about 6 hours until the daybreak. It was after midnight. He said " This is not a hotel. Why do you keep coming here." So I left the hospital.
I wrote a grievance letter to the " patient relations" They wrote in their response letter as the following. " When the physician did not see the reason for the patient to be admitted, the patient became angry and aggressive with the staff. We value our employees and their safety is very important to us just as the safety of our patients. I called the patient relation many many times to resolve this issue. Each time they pointed finger toward me and one of them even hung up on me when I said I did not even get to see the physician. I tried to reach this charge nurse's managers twice and I was told that they would call me back. So I contacted the administration office many many times to see if I could meet the directer or even the CEO. Each and every time that I called they transferred me back to the patient relations. And two times I left a message on their answering machine in the administration office. No one called me back.

The worse thing is they forged my signature and even made false medical records and the charge nurse wrote lots of lies about me there and marked the tests they did not run for me at all. And the doctor even signed it. And some of the things that the charge nurse wrote were not even legible. I showed the record to other nurses in ER. Even they could not read some of the things that she wrote there. Anything negative about me was clearly written, in other words-legible.
The worst thing is they billed my insurance company $800.00. Now according to my insurance policy I need to pay a big portion of the ambulance bill and a portion of the physician fee.-the physician that I did not see at all. I called the police about this and they said they can't do anything about this saying "Anybody can forge your signature. We can press charge them only when somebody forges your signature on checks to steal your money. I thought about suing this hospital or the doctor and the nurses. Every single person that I talked to said I don't stand a chance and tell me to give up.
I never knew that hospital could lie and even make up false medical record and forge someone's signature and the doctor even signs the record. I am extremely angry. There is nothing I can do for this matter. I feel stuck.

BTW. The reason I became so ill was because my doctor sent the wrong refill order. He doubled the dosage by accident. I have been on this med for almost 3 years. He always said the maximum dosage for my case is 200mg a day. Always the same pharmacy, the color of the pill is the same... you name it. I simply followed the instruction on the bottle. And I have become an innocent victim. My best friend found out that I have been taking the double dosage since Jan of this year. My dilemma is he is a nice person and has been nice to me for the past 3 years. So I don't feel like suing him. He is a very old doctor so I can understand why he happened to make this serious mistake.
