I have had several issues with your office.
After my last appt. it took two weeks to get a script right. When my wife called they kept saying she or the pharmacist never called. The nurse was very defensive. I was there when the pharmacist
called and it seems funny no other doctors have a problem with them.
This time I needed a simple letter stating what you told me my condition was. As your nurse read your notes it was clear you were not paying attention when I stated what was going on. I told you I had kidney pain up until 2 days before the appt., you noted several weeks before. You told me I was stage 2, went to a 4 and am now a 3, she tells me the notes don't read that way. All I needed was a statement of my current condition. My initial call in was over 2 weeks ago, I called back a week ago and again yesterday. I was told I would get a call right back and of course did not. When I called back again the nurse was very defensive and wanted to argue that I even called asking me who I talked to. So now it is up to your patients to keep notes when we call? I thought you had a system for this.
Monday when I come in I have to go to human resources for disciplinary actions as they asked for a simple letter from my doctor I can not produce. You can expect legal action to be taken to equal any amount of money I am going to get docked, if I am fired it will for my salary plus benefits package.
Beyond the money how can any patient with declining health have any faith in your services. I have heard the excuses it was another person and messages went to another cue etc... . That would have been fine if it were taken care of by the second call but here we are.
Your office is a joke, I will be getting on every ratings site I can find this weekend to be sure people know to avoid your office.
