I went in dr.nicole's office on a referal and had high expectations of her service not only did she sign me up and bill me for the year she then proceed to re-injur my neck with her adjusting methods

I would like to rebuttal this complaint. First of all, I am not a hospital. Second, I checked my entire schedule and I did not have any new patients on December 23, which is my birthday. I did break up with my ex-boyfriend Larry Brady on January 6, THE DAY THIS WAS POSTED. I also noticed this complaint is anonymous. Larry proceeded to stalk me and post negative things about me online, leading me to successfully obtain a restraining order against him. I will be contacting this website asking them to remove this untrue complaint that is simply more harassment.
