Doctor Complaint: Dr Asif Mohamed - Endocrinology Associates

the office is Endocrinology associates of baltimore llc

The doctor mohamed is so nice and kind . I don't have any complaints about the doctor himself.
But the staffs at that location are horrible.
I call hundreds of times to set up an appointment and every time I call them they ask same questions and said the doctor will call me
It's been a week .
And one lady who answered phone was so horrible and didn't even say they're sorry for the delay.

I am a patient of Dr. Quinlan's and have been for several years. I have never had problems with the ofice until this summer. I have een calling the office since the end of July to obtain lab results. Each time I get the voicemail it states that "I will return your call by the end of business today", I am still waiting for the return call. On the occasions that I do speak with someone (Dina and Laura) they all tell me that they will leave a message for the Dr. and they will call me back that day. I am still waiting. It has been at least 6 weeks. This is uncalled for and should not be acceptable practice anywhere. This is really horrible customer service.
