Doctor Complaint: Nurse - Va Chicago Health Care System
the nurse is very uncaring. my husband has a heart problem & has a pacemaker. he also is diabetic & has asthma. he called to make an appointment to see his doctor because his prescription refills has run out. the nurse would not make the appointment. she didn't care about his heart problem and nothing else. he explained to her that he need the appointment to get meds but for some reason she would not do it.they fussed over the phone because it didn't make no sense on why she wouldn't let him see the doctor. i think the VA needs to give this woman a Sike evaluation. its like shes tired of her job & she is leaving these people out to die just so she won't be bothered with so many patients. she never gave his appointment & his meds are almost out. who can he called & talk to so he can get an appointment to see his doctor so he can get his prescriptions for his very crucial medication?this lady name Bernadette shes foreign & she is the one people talk to to get an appointment to see their doctors. when a patient with a very serious condition calls in, she should not give no hesitation on giving them an appointment to see their doctors.GET ON HER. she needs to be of help to these sick people not be a BITCH!
