I enter the main entrance of baltimore.md unversity hospital the secatary told me he will call the shuttle van to take me to the emergency building and that was fine, but as i enter the shuttle van on dec 21. 2011 at going on 6:00 am the driver act like he didnt hear me when i asked him a question when i ask him is this the entrance i go in he was a small skinny young man other then maybe a black man he never answer my question i had a hard time opening up the van door but he didnt offer to get out and help i have been a patients of unversity hosp since i was born this man need some manner or he need inservice on how to greet people and offer his help im surprise university hosp will put up with that. i donot nee to run into him again with that no caring way he has that why i put down the date and time so this matter can be resolve.
