on this day we took a ride to chicago to visit my grandaughter in the nicu 5 visitors total 2 visitors at a time however sometimes the rule is not followed and they let more people go up to wait in the waiting area, however this day security was questioned about by my son he was upset about it because why have a waiting area if no one can wait there, answer we're given is that waiting area is nt monitored, my question why not surely there were enough campus security because 7-8officers were called to the scene, where is the customer service in this place or is the policy to treat low income =mid income people with no insurance like this,if they're being paid by medicare or medicaid III HELP PAY THERE SALARY BECAUSE THEY TAE THOSE TAXES FROM MY WAGES EVERY WEEK.

My father was a patient here for two months while he had lung cancer. Once, when we were visiting him, a team of interns and a Doctor came in. The Doctor looked at my father and said "You have cancer, it's in your lungs, bones, skin - you're going to die"

I forget this Dr's name - but I will say that many of the doctors there do not have good bedside manner.
