Doctor Complaint: Davi - St. Francis Greenwood
My daughter was finally readmiited to the hospital after a heart procedure. She had developed an infection, had chest pain,blood clots in the lungs and was short of breath.After being admiited around midnight on Monday night. I went in to visit her around 10 in the morning on Tuesday. She had not seen any Dr. since going to the emergency room. The nurses and especially the patient advocate would not or could not tell her anyhting about her treatment, medication, when she would see a Dr., or even her Drs.were. Only after I found a Catholic chaplain did I find someone who cared and he caused things to get done. None of my family or friends will ever use this hospital again.
